So you are happily surfing around the site, and then suddenly… you break something. Or you notice something that doesn’t look right. Or you have a suggestion on how to many something work better.

There are several ways you can report your findings.

First off, you can head over to our forums, and post up something there. It does require to register first.

If you just want to report a problem without registering, then you can email admin (at) thekartel.com, and someone who works behind the scenes (oompa loompas) will look into it.

When you do post or email, please be as detailed as possible with your issue. If you can, please include a URL. We have to try and replicate your issue, otherwise it’s hard for us to help make it better.

Even better, include a screen capture of the issue you ran into. You can easily capture a screenshot by hitting PRINT SCREEN on your keyboard (note that on some keyboards you need to hold down the SHIFT key first.) Then just open up a graphics program like PAINT, and save your screen capture. Then you can send it as an attachment to us!
